Man I feel dead, just dead dead tired. Bodily tired. Exhausted. Arms all floppy, legs lethargic, I had to stop for a wee rest like an old person half way up the stairs into work this morning! And I can’t face offering to do the tea round this morning because I feel like I’ll drop the tray of 10 full tea mugs! Thank goodness it’s a rest day today. I am loving the fact that I can be dead. I am even relishing feeling dead, because I worked dead hard this week. Did all my sessions, despite hugely busy work schedule due to press week, and am steadily losing flab. Go me. It’s important to rest. You should have a go too.
