I’ve just about had it with this weird Peruvian cold thing, I haven’t run for a whole week now, and if my body isn’t protesting, my mind certainly is. I miss that happy-kick you get from running, so I’m going to try a gently joggette at lunch… I’ll let you know how it goes. I need some endorphins and energy again!
