Wow, what a great scoop! I just happened to bump into 1984 Olympian and 1985 London Marathon British record breaker Sarah Rowell at Keswick Mountain Festival in November 2017.

Sarah was there to speak with Anton Krupicka, Robbie Britton, Natalie White and Damian Hall at the La Sportiva Running Session later that weekend.

This film reveals her incredible running story from road to trail, and she shares her top tips for injury prevention for off-road runners.

Sarah also surprised me with a sneak preview of what she was going to reveal to the audience later that weekend – something to do with Radio 2 Breakfast Show DJ Chris Evans in 2018 – watch this film to the end to find out what she is up to next!

Sarah is the author of two really great books, so if you fancy buying one or both, please use the links below. I have both and highly recommend them, both packed full of really useful advice especially for beginner trail runners.

Transparency: Apart from Kendal Mountain Festival 2017 kindly providing me with a press ticket to the off-road running speaker events, this film is not funded by any publisher, brand or shop. Views my own. I get a small kick back if you buy any of Sarah’s books using the links above, so if you fancy being a legend yourself, click away 🙂 Thank you, Claire
