Welcome to my new Tuesday LIVE Lunchtimes at 1pm where I show you what running gear I’m testing each week and answer your questions about it.

This week I review the £22 Aonijie Cross Country Race Backpack 5L (sorry I think I said it was 10L in this film, it does seem to have 10L of space in it, it’s defo more than a 5L pack!).

I compare this Aonijie pack to the Salomon Advanced Skin 12 Set £140 and the Kalenji Running Pack £28. Then catch up with you about the Alpkit Artlu 10L £45 from last week’s non-live review while I was on honeymoon in Pembrokeshire. (Links below for more info or to buy).

Then we had a bit of a pack free-for-all where I showed lots of different packs that I’ve previously tested! Including my all time fave (sadly not sold anymore I don’t think) the Salomon S-Lab 3-Set.

There was also a whole lotta love for something called a Naked Band which goes round your waist, which I now must try out. Ahem, try googling it tho…ooh er!
