It was great fun!

There was so much to see and do at the National Running Show 2019 at the NEC.

I was very pleased to see that the show is really interactive, with loads of stands offering gait or foot analysis, coaching, spin to win and LOADS of free samples and limited time show-only running kit bargains. There are races to sign up to, charities to run for, and loads of jaw-droppingly inspiring speakers like the ones I interviewed in the run up to this year’s event (scroll down for their film links).
