My fave running pack is the Raidlight Responsiv 10L, I demonstrated the poles across the chest with this one:

The best small budget pack is the Aonijie 5L running pack

The best larger capacity budget pack is the Aonijie 10L running pack

USA amzn.to/2XS6KD5
Canada amzn.to/2O3rJ1D

The Decathlon Kalenji Trail Running pack from Decathlon is also good, and only £28 but I prefer the features on the Aonijie

Petzl Nao (I really like this one, recommended) £120, 185g, 750 lumens for 6.5hrs on reactive lighting setting

Lumefit LED light vest – I’m wearing this for running at night, our running club doesn’t allow anyone without lumo on! It’s fantastic, and I think it’s good value at £14 as you get flashing or not-flashing settings for white front and red back lights, and 2 soft, velcro reflective armbands.
