This Wednesday’s 8:30pm live guest on the Wild Ginger Running evening show was the incredible non-stop ultra endurance athlete Eoin Keith, winner of the Spine Race in 2016 (setting a course record, broken by Jasmin Paris this Jan), Northern Traverse winner in 2016 & 2018 and 2018 Barkley Marathons attemptee.

Eoin gave us some epic tips on endurance training, managing sleep deprivation and fat adaption. He has just recently done some of the new UTMB races overseas so he will also told us about them too.
