Hi everyone, I’m really thrilled to partner with BUFF® and OMM to create this exclusive Wild Ginger Running headwear for my awesome, loyal Patreons. Here I am demonstrating all the different ways you can wear this stretchy, versatile tube of warming/sun-protecting fabric, including my favourite – the Pirate. But which way do you wear your BUFF®? Let me know in the comments below!

Find out how you can get your hands on one of these awesome, limited edition Wild Ginger Running BUFF®s here: www.Patreon.com/WildGingerRunning – I’m not allowed to sell them as part of the deal with BUFF® and OMM as they have very kindly designed and given them to me for free. I hope you like them – I love how bright and colourful they are, and this means we will all be able to spot each other’s friendly faces at trail and ultra running races!

In this film I also show you some of the other head and neckwear items that BUFF® sent me to test and wear in my films over the next year or so. Like, did you know they also did warm, fleecy hats with matching neck-warmers? I am really enjoying mine now the weather has turned that bit cooler again here in the UK!

The Saharienne for me. I wear one at work almost daily to keep my hair out of my face. Once I’ve put it on (you may need to do some more research on this one), I gather my long hair back, and put a band around my hair, and the tail of the Buff to keep everything tidy.

First worn when my hair was much shorter, I found this way was easy to put on while on the run, but soon found that it’s really comfy under bike and climbing helmets, or a headtorch.
