Joe did the first ever race back in 1992, then came back for the reunion in 2012, he couldn’t resist a hat-trick in 2015 and he was on a roll by 2017! He has remained strong and a force to be reckoned with throughout all of them, and despite laughing in my face when I asked him what training he did last time we spoke (lol! He’s old school), I have persuaded him that he can give all of us some fantastic long distance running and mountain skills tips this Wednesday evening in the live chat!
