With so many people across the world in lockdown situations and the possibility potentially looming for us here in the UK too, here are my top 5 tips for making your home runs as fun and worthwhile as possible, including inspiration from those in our Covid-19k Challenge group. #StaySafe #StayHome

Need motivation?
Join the Covid-19k Challenge Facebook group or Strava Club to keep active and get support from fellow runners. We are running, walking or cycling at least 19k a week, sticking strictly to the current government and medical guidelines at all times (indoors/gardens if necessary).
