This film will show you how to climb 100m up your stairs at home, and, perhaps more importantly, make you feel more motivated to do it and keep going! Follow me on Instagram @WildGingerRunning #StaySafe #StayActive #StaySane

This film is self-funded and I’ve lost most of my income to Covid. If you found it useful and are financially secure at this time, please consider supporting me on Patreon here.
This week I’m going to climb 100m every weekday (5 times) to reach the height of Shuttlingsloe, a 506m summit in the Peak District. This is the last hill I climbed with my awesome Patreons last December in this film here.
And joining us is this week’s special guest – ultra running athlete Sophie Grant!
Sophie has represented GB, been UK Skyrunning Champion and raced countless times internationally including UTMB, Lavarado, TransGranCanaria. But since lockdown she has been climbing mountains in her house in London. Follow Sophie on social media @SophieAmyGrant
