“There’s a naked man up there with his head up an arse,” said ultra endurance athlete Debbie Martin-Consani on the finish line of the Spine Race 2020. From sleep deprivation to nutrition and training and everything in between, join us for a fantastic conversation with this ever-entertaining Montane athlete from Scotland.

Debbie is a 24hr GB runner and completer of the Bob Graham Round, UTMB, Tor des Geants, Spine Race and Lakeland 50 & 100 here to share her ultra running experience and reveal her thoughts on what makes a successful ultra runner.

We will cover training, nutrition, pacing, mental strength, gear, sleep deprivation and more. After the show this chat will be available as a podcast from all the usual podcast providers, search Wild Ginger Running to find them all.

Link below to watch live tonight, Wed 22 April 6:30pm.
Also available as a podcast on iTunes and all the usual podcast outlets.
