Delighted to have mental health champion and multiple World Record Breaker Sally Orange on the live chat to share her story and hard-won advice on how runners can build mental resilience.

Sally went from suffering severe depression and anxiety to becoming a mental health champion and running her way into the history books dressed as lots of different items of fruit, inspired by her own name to start with!

Podcast version available search ‘Wild Ginger Running Sally Orange’ on your usual podcast provider or click here to listen on Podbean.

Sally has a brilliant children’s book coming out next month – A Fruitful Life. It’s about combining physical and mental health with healthy eating for the perfect pyramid to a contented life.

Sally’s book, available now!

In Oct 2019 Sally and I ran with Anna McNuff on her barefoot challenge from Coventry to Solihull. I wore one of Sally’s apple costumes which was very fun, and warm! And I did a quick interview with Sally as part of the run with Anna.
