Stay motivated this autumn with the Strava Last of the Light challenge!

Time to get motivated as the nights draw in everyone! I’d love you to join me in a free Strava challenge that I’m doing this November called Last of the Light. Are you game? Join here.

The challenge is to upload at least 12 hours of any activity to Strava during 25 Oct – 25 Nov. For you and me that might be mostly trail running but if, like me you also walk, cycle and swim, that all counts too.

To help keep motivated for this I’ve planned myself a nice new route through some gorgeous autumn woodland using the Strava route builder, which was very straightforward and I give a quick tutorial for that during this film.

Then I show you how to create a Strava segment on any route that you have run already, which you can use to track your progress, improve, or just stay inspired throughout autumn and winter.

The route builder and segment leaderboards feature are now part of Strava’s paid subscription, so I signed up for a month free here – scroll down this webpage for the free sub.

When the Strava sub renews it is only £48 for the whole year, so if I find I’m using these features a lot I will just treat myself to an early Christmas prezzie 😉 If not, you can cancel at any time.

Will you be joining me in this challenge?

Transparency: This is a paid partnership with Strava, so thanks very much to them for commissioning this film and accompanying instagram posts to promote their fantastic free challenge to help my audience stay motivated this autumn!
