How to train for 100 miles with summer Spine Challenger course record holder 2022 (it’s actually 112 miles!) and endurance coach Tim Pigott from HP3 coaching who 12 years ago was on life support after a car crash. Incredible achievement either way, but with so many surgeries and rehab to get back in the game, this really is an awesome feat.
